What does your training regime consist of on a weekly basis? | Powerlifting & strength training |
What is your approach to food and nutrition? | 50/50 sometimes good diets sometimes heart attack food |
Who has been the biggest influence on you in the sport? | Roy Keane |
What’s your favorite high & low point to date? | My favourite high hasn’t been achieved yet and I don’t have a low point as I’m grateful for everything that happened in my life as it teaches you valuable lessons |
What was your biggest lift/s to date? | Best Squat: 257.5kg, best Bench:175kg, best Deadlift: 280kg |
What was your favorite/best competition to date? | Every competition I enjoy, there all favourites in there own way as each is different. I love the excitement and rush of challenging yourself, to better yourself again and again |
Is there anything you would like to include or see changed within your sport? | For the lifters to be given some sort of food snack or hydration, GPC have done this many times and it’s an amazing gesture to the athletes |
If you could go back in time and give yourself one piece of advice, what would that be? | Nothing because I would bot be the person I am today if it wasn’t for failure mistakes and life |
Plans for the future? | To be the absolute best version of myself both physically and mentally |
