Just a quick shout out to the Goodrich Powerlifting Team at Goodrich High School in my home state of Michigan. I want to send a huge congratulations to everyone on their recent performance, as the entire team has now qualified for the National Championship! Well done, Martians!
The team is coached by Ron Roberts. Ron vowed to plunge into an ice bath if the team performed well at the recent regional competition, and remained true to his word, as you can see here.
