Just in case you missed it on Social Media, the updated Flights for the GPC Nationals 2024 have been published. We will be running three flights for each lift as follows, (ABC Squat, ABC Bench & ABC Deadlift). Rack heights need to be in by 9:30am at the latest please. Following a quick rules review at 9:45 we will have the Bar loaded and ready to go for 10am! Hope to see you all then!
