Why or how did you get into lifting?
Had a life changing surgery at 16yrs started to rebuild myself snowballed from there.

Rap rock metal Irish etc.

Kings’ gym limerick city.

Myself & Liam Beville aka batman & Robin.
What is your favorite pre or post training/recovery tip?
Chicken & sauna.
What is your favorite lift and why?
The deadlift or anything that doesn’t hurt.

My 1st 9/9.
