Train with Sinon Cahil the man that introduced me to powerlifting and Ned who started me on my training journey. Currently being coached by Jake Brennan in prep for the Four nations
What is your favourite pre or post training/recovery tip?
After a heavy session a bag of haribos and the sauna
What is your favourite lift and why?
Favorite definitely bench, because who doesn’t want a big bench!
What is your favourite memory from a competition?
Recently totalling 700 at nationals.
What other sports or interests are you involved in? What are you doing when you’re not lifting?
Running around with the kids football, gymnastics, kick boxing they will be into powerlifting next
