We aim to attract new and advanced Powerlifters to GPC Ireland both as competitors and members. We have a gym owners and coaches section called GymSpy which is a fun rating done by our “Fellowship Of The Gym” GymSpy team.

We are affiliated to GPC World
The Global Powerlifitng Committee (GPC) is an International Powerlifting Federation run by lifters for lifters.
The GPC has both an Equipped (multi ply) & Raw section for its lifters. A Monolift is used in the Squat. Every year the GPC hosts both a World Championships & European Championships which cover both Powerlifting & Benchpress, with Single Lift Deadlifts being introduced in 2014.
