Trainer and coach Siobhan Hynes, along with her crew at Ironworx gym, host the 4th annual Summer Slam on Saturday the 13th of July. GPC Ireland are proud to support this tradition, as it is an event that is welcoming and inclusive to all lifters, young and old, of every level of talent and ability.
All lifters will be entered into a draw for a free place at the GPC Winter Open, which takes place on December 14 & 15 in Strength and Fitness gym in Carrick on Suir. Three winners will be chosen at random and announced on the day.
