After a another fantastic Winter Open which was hosted by AJ and the team down at Strength & Fitness we are delighted to announce a return visit for the 2026 National Championships. Expect a great day of lifting with the chance to qualify for a place at the GPC European Championship at Wolverhampton, UK in May & of course the World Championship in Pabianice, Poland in Oct. So get those entries in early and be in with the chance of bagging yourself one of those Official GPC competition T-shirts fresh of the press!
