Bullied on my squat depth by Richie Penkert, discovered Powerlifting from there.
What music do you listen to while you train?
Mostly rock/heavy metal, bitta Britney from time to time.

Aj Cronin Strength & Fitness Carrick on Suir. Strongest gym in the South-East

What is your favourite pre or post training/recovery tip?
Pre: Take five minutes before your session starts to get the head focused. Post: Get a good dinner in.
What is your favourite lift and why?
Squat, few better feelings than successfully pulling off a heavy squat.
What is your favourite memory from a competition?
First time pulling 300kg in competition, had been working extremely hard for it.
