”Hello there fellow Lifter!
Dayle Longford and the team would like to invite you to take part in the Four Nations Championships taking place across the weekend of 20th July 2024.
Anyone and everyone is welcome to enter and compete…. No membership is required to take part. However, should you wish to attempt to break a GPC European or World Record then membership will be needed (you will need to have your GPC membership already in place before the weekend of the event).
The part you’re all most interested in hearing about…. prize money 🙂 prize money will be given for winners in the Open and Master’s categories. Trophies will be presented to the winners of the best lifter categories and a fancy shiny shield will be heading home with the winning nation.
The Four Nations Championship will be taking place in Darland High School (North Wales)/ Parking is aplenty and there will be catering available on site throughout the event..
The warmup area will house monolifts and squat bars, deadlift bars and jacks, bench bars and the best benches money can buy, and more KGs of plates than you could need.”
