4nations 2025

In the spirit of the Celtic Nations Championships of the 1990s, GPC proudly presents the Four Nations Series of International Championships.  2024 saw Wales host the inaugural event, and in 2025 Ireland are honored to be your hosts for 2025. 

This competition is open to lifters of all ages and ability levels, nations and federations.  But the winning nation will be chosen from one of the four Celtic nations, (England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales) and take home the Four Nations perpetual trophy. 

GPC membership must be up to date on the day in order to set GPC national or international records, but you don’t have to be a member to lift.  Open to everyone!

This competition will be in Green Isle Hotel and Conference Centre in Dublin, Ireland on July 19, 2025. Quote GPC for special rates.

Lifting commences at 9:00am. Weigh in will be as per GPC International Standards, the day before. Weigh in locations will be announced on our website, Powerliftingnews.ie and the FB page.  (24 hour weigh in).

By entering this competition you are agreeing to comply with all Global Powerlifting Committee Rules and Regulations, as well as the Irish National and GPC International Code of Conduct and behave in a sportsmanlike manner both while competing and while on any competition premises or venue.  

By entering this competition you agree to sign a safety agreement and waiver, which shall be furnished at the weigh in, and understand that you will not be allowed to lift if you do not agree to said terms and conditions of the safety agreement.

Entry Deadline is Friday July 4th.   Your entry fee must be sent to Paypal (GPCRecordCerts@Gmail.com) by this date to secure your spot.

Entry fee is €100 per lifter, regardless of event(s) entered. 

GPC Ireland National Annual Membership fee for the 2025 calendar year is €30. 

Membership fees can be paid via PayPal or at weigh in.
