As mentioned previously we are starting off the 2024 lifting calendar with our National Championships. 2024 will be an extremely busy year packed with both National & International events for the GPC. Here is what’s on offer!
National Championships:
When: Sat 13th of April
Where: Ironworx Gym, Enfield, Co. Meath
Lifters will have the opportunity to qualify for both the European Championships & the Four Nations competition here. As this is an international qualifier, all lifters must be members. For a full schedule, see HERE.
GPC European Championships:
When: Wed 15th – Sun 19th May
Where: Trutnov, Czech Republic.

Summer Open:
When: Saturday 06th July
Where: Hercules Gym, Smithfield, Dublin.

GPC FOUR NATIONS Championship:
When: Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd July
Where: Wrexham, Wales

Winter Open:
